To cancel an appointment, please provide a 24-hour notice. Be advised that any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-shows will incur a fee equal to the appointment's cost. The cancellation fee must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.
Cancellations due to illness or bad weather will not incur any charges.

Clients who frequently cancel or do not show up for scheduled appointments may lose the ability to book future sessions. Arriving more than five minutes late could lead to a shortened massage duration, and you will still be charged for the full appointment time.
For clients that frequently show up late, your appointment will end at the scheduled time.
As your therapist, I value both your time and mine, and I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, please remember that when you book an appointment, that time is exclusively reserved for you. Canceling, missing an appointment or showing up late disrupts my schedule and also impacts other clients who may need that time.
If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform me as soon as possible so I can offer the slot to other clients. This will help us all enjoy a more efficient and effective scheduling experience.
