To cancel an appointment, kindly provide 24-hour notice. Please note, any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-shows are subject to a fee equivalent to the cost of the appointment. Payment of the cancellation fee is due before the next scheduled appointment. However, cancellations arising from illness or inclement weather will not attract any charges. It's important that you do not attend appointments if you're feeling unwell.

Clients who frequently cancel or fail to show up for scheduled appointments will be unable to book future sessions. Arriving more than five minutes late for an appointment may result in a reduction of the massage duration, and you will still be charged for the originally scheduled time.

As a therapist, I value your time and mine, and I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. However, please keep in mind that when you book an appointment with me, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you. Cancelling or not showing up for an appointment not only disrupts my schedule but also affects other clients who may need that time slot. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can offer that time slot to other clients. This way, we can all benefit from a more efficient and effective scheduling process. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
